    • 8 week start-up program for new agents entering the business.
    • It is meant to give agents a high level look at the business and our technology.

    • On-going training for the technology offered to all agents.
    • These classes are held frequently in our network of offices.
  • Greenlight Selling and Buying
    • Greenlight Selling breaks down an agent’s approach, preparation, presentation and follow-up to listing appointments.
    • Greenlight Buying does the same, but for working with buyers.
    • These are offered at various times during the year.  
  • Buffini Peak Producers
    • Twice per year
    • The premise behind this program is how to build a lasting referral based business.
  • Agent Events
    • Berkshire Hathaway brings in national speakers to present on various topics (ie. Branding Yourself, Client Service, Mastering Storytelling, etc).
    • The events are held in a Convention Center in Philadelphia.
    • Outside of the speakers, agents get the added benefit of talking to agents in PA/NJ markets. Learning more about other nearby markets and exchanging ideas is so powerful.
  • Office Specific Training
    • One on one coaching - this is where we get specific about your goals and build the approach that works for you to accomplish them.
    • Friday Agent Workshops - the workshop centers around various topics (ie. transactional, prospecting, preparing your clients for what’s ahead, using different forms of media, etc). The point of the workshops is to prepare agents for the real life real estate.
    • Sales Meetings
    • Annual Agreement of Sale Training - this training breaks down the the AOS from top to bottom along with other related forms. Knowing the contract will make your business run a lot smoother and help attract new business.
    • Topic Specific Training - these trainings are designed to cover specific topics agents may run into in the current market (ie. stucco, home inspection hot topics, dealing with estate/trust sales, business planning from a personal financial perspective, etc).

    • We understand life’s demand, so all agents have 24/7 access to webinars breaking down all of the technology available to agents and full access to David Knox videos.
